Working with just 3 hectares of land, he has built an international reputation for producing exceptional coffees that consistently stand out in competitions and auctions. His approach combines deep respect for tradition with an experimental mindset, particularly through creative fermentation techniques that highlight new expressions of Colombian coffee. These innovations have not only brought recognition to his own farm but have also helped push the boundaries of what Colombian producers can achieve on the global stage. Today, Jorge’s coffees are celebrated for their complexity, clarity, and unique profiles. Our importer partner, Amarella, has been working with Jorge for three years now and are always amazed by the lots he is producing.
