COFFEE STORY: Starting as an exporter for his family members back in 2017, Wondafrash Edema began to produce his own coffees in 2019, opening a number of processing stations that serve areas around the Hambella region. Produced from his third processing station, opened in 2021, Tirtira Goyo is a culmination of the effort of around 30 smallholder farmers that bring their cherries to the station. Sitting at a lofty elevation of 2300 meters above sea level, this natural processed coffee produces a sweet and tantalizing cup.
