The Moka pot is a two-tier structure. It allows hot water to pass upward through a tube onto the coffee grounds. The grounds are eventually separated from the final product of richly brewed Italian style espresso coffee. A dark espresso roast is recommended with a medium to coarse grind. Perfect for home use or camping. Use your Moka Pot on the side of a mountain just like Martijn Doolaard.
HOW TO USE
1. Unscrew the 3 parts of your espresso pot, fill the base with water up to the level of the safety valve and insert the filter funnel.
2. Fill the filter funnel with finely ground coffee (do not press down), make sure there's no coffee powder left on the edge, then place it back to the lower chamber and screw the top and base together firmly.
3. Heat a few minutes on the heating device with a small / medium fire, the coffee slowly overflow into the upper.
4. Take the coffee pot away from the heating device, and then you can enjoy your coffee.
