The unique Nitro Blade burr set at its heart is made using a highly-alloyed, high-nitrogen stainless steel with a special micro-crystal structure.
Years of analysis and testing led to its decisive burr geometry. After being cut, the burrs are hardened and refined further, creating a very long-lasting and sharp edge that 'cuts' the beans, instead of 'crushing' them. Not only that, it does so with absolute sensoric neutrality, thanks to Nitro Blade 's inert surface.
