COFFEE STORY: Born on his family’s farm, La Esmeralda, Davinson watched his father go from a coffee picker to owning his own farm. Pursuing a degree in agronomy, he is learning innovative ways to tend the land, including how to best enrich his soil and naturally deter pests. Davinson is part of a new generation of coffee farmer seeking deeper understanding at every step and, if this lot is any indication, the future looks bright. This coffee offers loads of fragrant honeysuckle, pink lemonade, and lychee with a sublime, nectar-like mouthfeel.
