COFFEE STORY: Close to 900 small landholders deliver their Bourbon coffee cherries to the Gahahe Station in Kayanza. The coffee undergoes a double fermentation that produces an exceptionally clear profile. This, along with meticulous sorting and drying, produces an exceedingly uniform cup with focused flavors and a clear finish.
