Cleaning:
- The propeller should be removed and cleaned internally around the thread depending on the amount of usage. Use a dry cloth or soft brush to remove dirt. We recommend cleaning the NCD Pulse propeller at least once monthly. To remove the propeller, follow these 3 steps:
- Holding the top 2 outer rings of the NCD, turn the bottom ring clockwise to loosen until the propeller and bottom ring are removed.
- Remove all dirt from the threads and internal surfaces. Use a dry cloth or soft brush.
- Screw the pieces back together carefully, ensuring both threads are aligned.
- The NCD Pulse and Activation Dock are not waterproof and should never be immersed in water or placed in a dishwasher.
- Dropping the NCD Pulse or hitting it against hard surfaces should be avoided, as it may cause damage to the unit.
